RDM: Research and Development Management
The RDM module contains all functions needed for efficient research and development. The module offers powerful tools for creating samples, serial recipes and variants. Product design becomes much easier: Developers can use existing recipes in order to create variations and new recipes using Quan sis' algorithmic strengths.All recipes are stored in a central archive, new specifications can be generated automatically.
QCM: Quality Control Management
The QCM module is the centerpiece of quality control. This module administrates all raw material and production charges that are scheduled for quality control. Quality control personnel can easily lock all charges or free them - depending on their current testing status. The modile contains a flexible parameter database that allows fast and easy addition and change of parameters. Parameters are organized hirarchically in classes. Members of classes inherit features of their superior classes. Handling large numbers of parameters becomes therefore much easier with Quan sis QCM.
