Xtera Unveils AscenFlow M2000 Series
Berlin, 20.12.2010. Xtera announces the release of the AscenFlow M2000-series, updating its small-to-medium WAN Traffic Management products.
AscenFlow M2000-series with FlowOS V3.4 is a single platform, replacing 4 separate platforms on our old models and offering on-demand scalability of throughput and services, with in-service upgrades from 10Mb/s to 50, 100, or 200Mb/s by simply entering a new Software License Key.
AscenFlow M2000 replaces the outgoing M50 / M200 / M501 / M1001 models:
The AscenFlow M2000-series platform includes 2 Bridge pairs, which is one more than the M50 and M200, and the same as the M501 and M1001. All Bridge ports are now 10/100/1000 Base-TX and come with hardware bypass. The sleek new design also includes an LCD screen on the front panel, displaying CPU Load (%), Memory Usage (%), Inbound and Outbound Bandwidth (kbit/s) and Total Connections.
